All entrants must be 18-years of age and a legal resident of the United States at the time of the drawing. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of entries received. Offer is void wherever prohibited by law.

The Rules: No purchase is required to enter. One free entry is permitted per household by postcard for the duration of the promotional contest period. To enter, send one postcard to TMG Merch, LLC, 4802 S 168^th St., Seatac, WA, 98188-3240 with your name, mailing address, telephone number, email address, and “TMG Merch Contest Entry” clearly written. Limit of one postcard entry per person. Postcard entries must be received by, and online purchases of additional entries must be completed by, 11:59 pm on Febuary 20, 2025.

One winner will be selected from all entries by random drawing at 7pm PST on March 15, 2025, during a livestream on the Promoter’s Facebook page at We hope everyone will join us for the live drawing! However, entrants are not required to be present online at the time of the drawing to win. In addition to announcing the Winner on Facebook Live, Promoter will contact the Winner by phone and email within 24 hours of the drawing. If the Winner cannot be reached to claim the Prize by 11:59 pm on the 3rd calendar day following the drawing, then the Winner forfeits the Prize and the Promoter will hold an additional drawing under the same terms until a Winner is confirmed. All decisions will be made by the Promoter and will be final.

To claim the Prize, the Winner must present their valid government issued-ID to the Promoter, and sign a Prize Agreement that will include, among other things, a release of liability. The Winner must be available to take physical possession of the Prize by May 12, 2025  from The Mod Garage Shop at 1148 Industry Dr. Tukwila, WA 98188. Failure to take possession by this date, or by a date mutually agreed to in writing with the Promoter, will be considered a forfeiture of the Prize.

In exchange for accepting the Prize, the Winner grants the Promoter, its successors and assigns, the irrevocable right to use the Winner’s name, image, likeness, voice, statements, and city and state of residence without limitation for all promotional purposes and without further compensation.

To obtain the name of the Prize Winner and/or a copy of these rules, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: TMG Merch, LLC, 4802 S 168^th St., Seatac, WA, 98188-3240. Specify “Promotional Winner Request” or “Official Rules” in the request.

Winner is solely responsible for preparation and payment of all relevant taxes. Promoter will provide an IRS Form 1099-MISC to the Winner by Feb 10th, 2025.

The Promotor reserves the right to delay or cancel the contest if, in its sole discretion, it determines it would be unsafe or impossible to hold the drawing, or if the integrity of the contest has been jeopardized in any way through no fault of its own. The Promoter may disqualify any person it deems to have undermined the legitimate operation of the Contest, and to seek damages against such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.  The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Rules will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.  In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Promoter’s failure to enforce any term of these Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Any disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest will be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate federal or state court of Washington. Any and all claims, judgments, and awards will be limited to actual out of pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Contest, and excluding any and all legal and attorney fees; and in no case will an entrant be permitted to have any award or damage multiplied or increased. 

THE PROMOTER, SPONSOR(S), THEIR SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS ASSUME NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR ANY ERROR, OMISSION, INTERRUPTION, DEFECT, OR DELAY OF ANY KIND IMPACTING THE CONTEST DRAWING OR ANY PERSON’S ABILITY TO SUBMIT A VALID ENTRY ON TIME.
